Mweya Safari Lodge is a medium-sized safari hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park, offering comfortable accommodation and an impressive location overlooking Lake Edward and the Kazinga Channel.
Mweya Safari Lodge is very much a hospitality-focused safari hotel, rather than a bush lodge or safari camp. There are other smaller, more intimate lodges in Queen Elizabeth NP, but Mweya does have the advantage of a wonderful location – perhaps the best in the Park – as well as good facilities including a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and boardroom.
Accommodation
Mweya Safari Lodge offers standard rooms and suites as well as a selection of cottages: Presidential, Royal and Rwenzori. All rooms are well-appointed and have balconies overlooking the Kazinga Channel and Lake Edward, private bathrooms and electricity.
