Hilltop House

Hilltop House is an old 1950s guest house situated in a quiet, hilly suburb of Windhoek, just 15 minutes from the town centre.

The Hilltop House is situated in a quiet residential area of Windhoek, from where it enjoys marvellous views over the Klein Windhoek Valley.

Built in the 1950s as an art studio, Hilltop House is a classic Bavarian-style home, with a pinewood wraparound verandah that extends around the upper floor, overlooking a small courtyard with swimming pool. It's a charming little property that offers friendly service in a relaxed, peaceful setting.

Hilltop House is a particularly convenient place to stay if you are spending a few nights in Windhoek before or after a safari. It's also a good stop-off point on self-drive itineraries, as it has on-site parking, and is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) of Windhoek's town centre.

A hearty breakfast of fruits, cereals, toast and jam, and the usual cooked options, is served on the pool terrace or in the privacy of your room. There's no dining room. There are simple a la carte lunch and dinner menus.
