Ellerman House occupies a wonderful position on Kloof Road, in the Cape Town suburb of Bantry Bay, directly overlooking the ocean. Here guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and breathtaking year-round sunsets. 

Ellerman House is a gracious yet modern country house within walking distance of the famous Clifton Beach, ten minutes from the centre of Cape Town and the bustling V&A Waterfront – departure point to Robben Island – and 45 minutes from the heart of the Cape Winelands. It’s an ideal springboard from which to discover the Cape’s many and varied attractions.

Accommodation

Ellerman House offers 11 luxury suites, each with en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection point, toiletries and heated towel rails. Nine of the rooms have balconies.

Dining

The menu is created daily, taking into account what produce is in season. You're encouraged to use the kitchen and can ask for a Malay chef to instruct you in cooking.

A good selection of vintage South African wines is offered with meals.
