Accommodation comprises 37 luxury rooms and suites and an adjoining elegant self-catering Beach House. Almost all of the rooms offer sea views. 12 Premier and Luxury suites have separate lounge and bedroom and step-out balconies. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The hotels first-rate restaurant, Sand at the Plettenberg, is open for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner and offers modern South African and global cuisine, excellent wine, and views of the Formosa Bay in a relaxed atmosphere.
