General Description

North of the Mara River lies the Lamai Wedge with rolling savannah, rock-strewn hillsides and giant fig-tree groves. Serian's Serengeti North is a stylish traditional tented bush camp which lies in a hidden valley of the Wogakuria and framed in the north by a range of distinctive hills. This is a seasonal camp which is set up from June to October to catch the migration which passes through the area, a very exciting time! With immense panoramic river crossings, you will witness crocodiles gorging themselves, whilst indulgent Lion, Cheetah and Leopard pursue the nomadic herds. This camp may be reserved on an exclusive basis.

Accommodation

The eight tents include two family tents which can accommodate up to five people. The Meru tents have been decorated in a classic safari style with large beds and en-suite facilities with hot and cold water and 240v electricity is also available in the tents.

Dining and Food

With a high staff to guest ratio, you will be well looked after. Early morning tea is served in bed and your safari guide will also organize picnic breakfasts, lunches and starlit dinners. You can arrange with the chef a menu to suit your own tastes and the camp prides itself on its Farmhouse fresh cuisine.
