General Description
Selous Impala Camp is a wonderful private lodge, set among Borassus palms and Tamarind trees alongside the Rufiji River. The camp offers superb comfort, stunning wildlife and dining under the stars beside the rippling Rufiji.

The lodge is built around a large and comfortable thatched low-slung building with wide verandahs and a relaxed open plan area with a well stocked bar, dining room and plenty of planters' chairs and sofas so that you can scan the river and banks for game, drink in hand. You might even have to share your table with a curious elephant!

Nearby is a sheltered swimming pool, ideal after returning from a game drive in the heat of the day, or for a sundowner and bathe in the evening.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in raised tented rooms. The tents are spacious, each with en-suite bathroom and private verandah, and spread out to ensure privacy.

Dining
The candle-lit dining room is set under a thatched makuti roof with views of the river. There is also a well-stocked bar.
