General Description

Notten's Bush Camp is an exclusive and family-run safari lodge located within the heart of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in Mpumalanga, overlooking vast plains and a waterhole. The camp is adjacent to the Kruger National Park, a great location for top class game viewing and birding.

This small intimate bush camp has a wonderful rustic ambience and authentic bush atmosphere. There is no electricity and so candles and paraffin lamps are used effectively for lighting, and solar power for operating the cooling fans. There is a small pool raised on a wooden decking directly above the pans offering wonderful views. 

Accommodation

Accommodation at Notten's Bush Camp consists of six beautifully appointed suites with open plan bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Four of the suites have both indoor and outdoor shower facilities. Each suite at Notten's Bush Camp leads onto a private wooden deck with a beautiful view of the bush.

All of the chalets have hot showers and the suites have both hot showers and baths. Paraffin lamps and candles replace electric lighting for ambience and all the rooms are cooled with an overhead ceiling fan.

Dining

There is an indoor dining area that leads out onto a wooden deck. Dinners can be enjoyed outdoors around a fire in the enclosed boma.
