Lewa Safari Camp
(Lewa Wildlife Conservancy - Kenya)
General Description
Situated in the Northwest of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, northern Kenya, Lewa Safari Camp is a luxury tented camp with space for 26 in 10 double and 2 triple en-suite tents. The camp is focused around the main building, which comprises a lounge, dining area and bar. All of the tents are widely spaced around the camp to ensure privacy.
At Lewa Safari Camp there are many different activities to keep you busy during your stay. Discover Lewa's fascinating flora and fauna with expert guides, watch the wildlife interact, or take a stroll through Masai culture. If you have a particular area of special interest, the staff can hopefully arrange a suitable programme for you (ideally, in advance).
Accommodation
Each of the 6 tents is furnished with a large iron bed, its own en-suite bathroom, traditional bucket shower and flushing toilet.
Dining
Most meals are taken at the main camp dining room while breakfast is served al fresco by the swimming pool. All the food is fresh and much of it originates from local small-scale Masai farmers. There is a well-stocked bar.
