Lalibela Game Reserve

General Description
Lalibela Game reserve is located in the malaria-free Eastern Cape. Spanning 5 ecosystems, Lalibela offers a breath-taking diversity of flora and fauna. The reserve now consists of 7,500 hectares and is home to the Big 5. All of the animals, including the predators, are free-roaming throughout the entire reserve (which has no public roads running through it).

There are currently three game lodges - Lentaba Lodge, Mark's Camp and Tree Tops - all offering decor that is infused with the essence of Africa, as well as warm and friendly service and unforgettable game viewing.

Accommodation
There are 3 lodges at Lalibela. Whilst the standard of accommodation at Lentaba Lodge, Mark's Camp and Tree Tops Lodge is much the same, each has its own unique character. At all three lodges, secluded thatched chalets are placed where magnificent indigenous gardens merge into the surrounding bush. Each en-suite unit has a private balcony to make the most of the views.  All of the lodges also boast a large lounge, viewing deck and a sunny swimming pool where you can spend a lazy afternoon.

Dining
At Lalibela, food is true safari cuisine with an emphasis on local specialties, ranging from centuries-old recipes to exciting contemporary African dishes. Each lodge has an outdoor dining 'boma' for fireside dinners and open-air brunches, as well as stylish indoor dining areas.

Child Policy
Children are welcome and those under 12 are charged half of the adult rate.
