Kwando Lebala Camp

General Description
Kwando Lebala Camp is set in the extensive grasslands and seasonal flood plains of the Linyanti marshes, within the private Kwando Concession, famous for its top class game viewing. Lebala means wide open plains, and here they are home to herds of plains game and the ever attendant predators. Lebala offers regular sightings of elephant, lion, wild dog, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, tsessebe, kudu, lechwe, impala, wildebeest and waterbuck.

Accommodation
8 spacious tents elegantly furnished in Rhodesian teak. The en suite bathroom has his and her basins, a clawfoot bath and for those who want to enjoy the night stars, an outside shower. Each tent has a large deck, with a superb view over expansive tracts of African plains and wetlands that are part of the Kwando-Linyanti flood plain system.

Dining
Mouth-watering fare is prepared by the chefs and served in the open-sided dining room. After dinner there is a wonderful camp fire around which to sip a coffee or enjoy a nightcap.

Child policy
Children between 8 - 12 years old are welcomed at full rate, all year round but must take a private vehicle or use the family safaris guides. Younger children are accepted with exclusive camp bookings or at certain times of the green season (again a private vehicle is required)
