General Description
IL Moran Camp (one of several award-winning properties in the Governors' portfolio) is situated along the banks of the Mara River, in the heart of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, with the best game-viewing right on your doorstep.

The camp for those who want that extra bit of luxury, Governors’ IL Moran Camp has been kept small and intimate, with added touches that make this one of the best safari camps.

Accommodation
The camp comprises just 10 tents situated along the banks of the Mara River. All tents have a private verandah and en-suite bathrooms with bath, large shower, twin basins, flush toilet and hot and cold running water. The beds have been hand carved from specially selected wood from fallen, ancient olive trees. Each tent has a large, extended verandah designed so that you can enjoy the views and take dinner in private at your tent.

Dining
Informal dining is hosted in the mess tent or around the campfire. Delicious English breakfasts, light lunches and four course dinners are served each evening. There is also a bar.
