E Unoto Lodge
(Lake Manyara National Park - Tanzania)
General Description
The walls of the Rift Valley tower about this five-star lodge, ideally located in close proximity to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara.
With only 25 rooms, E-Unoto Lodge is relatively small, ensuring a quiet, relaxing stay. The central area is beautifully appointed and houses a bar and restaurant. There is a small swimming pool for those wishing to relax after activities, or alternatively, a small freshwater lake fed by waterfalls directly from the edge of the rift.
One of the allures of E Unoto Retreat is the opportunity for guests to be in direct association with the Masai, one of Tanzania’s oldest tribes. Performances are put on in the Lodge regularly, and you may visit one of the local Masai Bomas (villages) by bicycle or vehicle for a further insight into their culture.

There are 25 large rondavel style rooms, with small verandahs to the front. The rooms are designed to a set theme with Masai furnishings and carvings. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well furnished, with oversized king and queen beds and leather armchairs among other furnishings.
