General Description
Chobe Under Canvas is an exclusive tented safari camp, ideally located alongside the Chobe River. Small and private, Chobe Under Canvas aims to recall the mobile safari camps of old; guests are accommodated in private safari tents, and served by their own private butler.

This mobile camp consists of 6 tents, and a communal guest area. Here, you can relax between safaris or enjoy pre-dinner drinks. Let the friendly staff see to your every need.

Accommodation
Each luxury safari tent boasts a double bed, en-suite bathroom with separate toilet and an al-fresco bucket shower with hot water delivered on request. With only 6 tents, and a maximum of 12 guests in camp, your privacy is ensured.

Dining
Delicious home-cooked meals are served in comfortable guest areas, and in-between meals, your private butler can cater to any requests.

Activities
- With a maximum of six guests per vehicle morning and afternoon safari games drives in a semi-open 4x4 vehicle will reveal the variety of Chobe’s vegetation and geological features, offering extreme contrasts and a fantastic cross section of wildlife. The vehicles are equipped with charge points for digital cameras and video recorders so guests will not miss out recording the wild dogs, lions and other predators that roam this vast area.
- A boat cruise along the Chobe River is a breathtaking event with the opportunity to watch Africa’s wildlife, especially elephant and buffalo, from close quarters drinking at the waters edge.
- Wherever possible guided walking safaris are also on offer.

Child Policy
The camp cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. Children 12 years and older accommodated on full adult rate.
